Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your Catcho to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our support team at [catchostore@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Catcho error or product defect.

Replacement Warranty

We offer a 3-month replacement warranty for any manufacturing defects or faulty products.

If your Catcho is defective within this period, please contact us with photos and your order details.

We will send a replacement at no extra cost after verifying the issue.

Non-returnable items

Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.

Gift cards and downloadable products (if any) are not returnable.
